The EU says yes: Insect powder approved for food use across Europe!
As the Modern Diplomacy article notes, the European Union has given a green light to insect Tenebrio molitor larvae powder in food – This approval, effective from 10 February 2025, marks a significant step in mainstreaming alternative protein sources.
